Order # 1800649503 and # 2041532192.
I've ordered the Pasta Carbonara twice now in the last few weeks and both times it was very oily! This dish was marinating in grease! I don't know who the cook is, but for the love of god, use cream or some other ingredients!! This 2nd time, I also ordered a caesar salad and they saturated the salad in so much dressing that the croutons were soggy!! Everything was inedible and a complete waste of $18.50 x 2!!!!!!

Cheesecake bland with frozen…

Cheesecake bland with frozen strawberries and fake whipped cream. Entree sat under heat lamp so pasta was crusty and dry. Really disappointed

Horrible Service and the food or drinks were not satisfying

The Manager host, Waitress and Cake department all had serious attitude problems. I don't know if they were overworked but it made our whole experience a 2 thumbs down and a twist! The strawberry daiquiri was horrible, the Shirley temple was horrible, very weak tasting and to top it off they came out with hard bread. The waitress couldn't handle more than 1 thing at a time and I'm not just saying this to be mean I'm saying this so that all can have better training before dealing with the public. The new bread was in the oven and We ask a couple of people a couple of times to get us more and of course We never received it. The food wasn't bad but I've been there plenty of times and have had so much better with that. I don't know if these guys are under new management but so much has changed. I hope they get better. One star is too many.

When a meal has no visible pineapple, no pineapple flavor, two shrimp, and an nauseating sweetener, it should not be called "Pineapple Chicken Shrimp Crisp."

Bad service and the worst foiod

I've been to cheese cake factory 3 times and never thought that the food was any good at, its frozen food heated onsite, the first 2 times I've been there it wasn't great food experience one bit, the 3rd time my wife wanted to stop by fir a cheesecake pie and some coffee at the park meadow mall in Douglass county, Colorado we ordered coffee and 2 pieces of pies, when the coffee arrived it was cold and old, so I mentioned that to the server and he said he'll bring an other cup when the coffee came it was terrible the cup was one third full of coffee granules so I talked to the manager and told her but she didn't give a damn about my complaint which i believe it was all due to my color and race and that was it. So I sent an email to the company through an email and was told they'll get back at me and that was more than 6 weeks ago. I think the company has no tolerance for any minority at all because they saw my name and decided who cares. I was hoping they at least get the order of cup of coffee right but they didn't as they don't with any other items on the food menu. They only need to concentrate on their pies and shouldn't open any dine in places and to sell their pies through grocery stores instead, they give the restaurant name a bad reputation to all restaurant owners. I have a video that I took but unable to upload to this review I'll be happy to text it to a a phone nunnery via WhatsApp or other means. I had the receipt but can't find it but I've charged it to my credit card

Expired Gift card due to pandemic; not honored.

I was a loyal customer of Cheesecake Factory, taking my family at least twice monthly. I won't be taking the family to dinner at Cheescake Factory again. Prior to the pandemic I purchase six gift desert cards for the Cheesecake Factory; only recently was indoor dining opened in NY. In April I decided to take the family to dinner at the at the Queens Center location. My gift cards were not accepted because they expired at the end of March. The fact that they were closed for almost a year due the pandemic, you would think they'll extend the date on the gift cards. The Cheesecake Factory recieve millions in pandemic aid and still manages to take millions more from customers who purchased gift card that now expired. No doubt these gift cards would have been use if the Cheesecake factory was open. Shame on you Cheescake Factory, corporate greed at it's best.

Discriminated against disabled woman and military

Green Hills Tn location they are racist and discriminated against me and my wife and my unit US NAVY personnel and then we addressed the managers they got verbally aggressive and defensive which is the act of a guilty person!, said if we were unhappy we could eat someplace else, when we said we would call corporate and even file a lawsuit if need be they said call whoever you like, very unprofessional and unethical operation being ran, when we said we would never come back we expected apologies and so forth and all we got was that's your choice you're free to eat wherever you want! We will be filing a lawsuit directly to hold them accountable for their behaviors and actions! CMDR BOURNE

I've never been but this girl on tiktok found a frog in her food like a real baby frog it was nasty like what's wrong with yall to put a frog in someone's meal I'm so glad I never decided to eat here yall are nasty I'm surprised no ones sued yet....

Orlando restaurant

Our waiter was angry when he came to the table. We asked for a few minutes to choose our drinks - he was gone 10 mins. Another gentleman stepped in to take our order, just as our waiter returned. It was downhill from there. We thought we were in the ‘hood’ with how the waiter spoke to us Ex: you want bread?
I had a strawberry daiquiri drink $11:50 that contained no alcohol. I felt I could not say anything - I did not want our angry waiter spitting in our food or worse. On top of all this the tiramisu cheesecake and strawberry cheesecake was somewhat bland.(The rest of the food was excellent.)
I called the next day and spoke to the manager on duty Josh, who suggested you can not always tell if there is alcohol in a drink. I explained I am over 40 and it is not my first rodeo and I had a strawberry daiquiri at least a hundred times in my lifetime, so I think I know what one tastes like. In any case why were they questioning me about whether I wanted alcohol - I was after all choosing between the margarita and the daiquiri? Would the margarita have had no alcohol too? Josh then started to talk about his Mother. I said obviously no one there can help, I will speak with corporate instead.
I called corporate - they are closed! I left a voice message and an email. My advice is talk with your money - go somewhere else. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants in Orlando that will treat you far better from the corporate office down.

Today 2/28/2021. We placed a curbside order. Our cheese cakes had been sitting out for sometime. They were beginning to get soggy. The line was back up ridiculous. First employee came to the car after 25min of waiting. He asked what we order. He went to check on it. Next employee came out and said it would be a 20min wait. Oh ???? no sir we called it in at 2p.m. cst and didn't get it for an hour. Very disappointed!! Cheesecake factory is located in Jacksonville Florida, Towne Center

Sawgrass location in broward county is disgusting. Worst management ever. I experienced racial discrimination. I waiting 1 1/2 hr for food. Never again

This place sucks waited for an hour and a half when we had a reservation and we still continue to wait. Don't come here the food isn't worth it or the price...
